Dieta bez białego cukru, całkowicie go eliminująca lub ograniczająca jego spożycie tak jak to tylko praktycznie sensowne bo jest dodawany do praktycznie wszystkiego i rezygnacja całkowita może być zbyt ekstremalna.

Well, we have talked before about vegetarianism, so I will not go into that here. Sugar free products, well, they definitely can have a positive impact on your health and also on your state of mind, because as we have said before, sugar is one of those stimulants that takes you to a high and then after that follows a certain low. This can have profound impacts on your emotional body and create sort of a yo-yo effect. It can also have impacts on the mental body where it becomes more difficult to concentrate.

In general, we do recommend that you consume as little sugar as is practically realizable. In a previous dispensation, Maitreya gave a much more stern and strict teaching about sugar. But in this dispensation, we encourage you to be more balanced, more practical, and therefore, you do not need to be fanatical about it. But there are many, many people who could benefit greatly from cutting their sugar consumption significantly. This is something even many health experts are beginning to become aware of. Sugar, especially refined white sugar, does not really have any nutrients. It just has the effect of raising the metabolism and giving you a certain energy, but it does not really carry any vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. It is “empty calories” as they say, and therefore not the healthiest way to give your body the nutrition it needs.
