Understanding the fullness of free will
Question: If we lived for a long time on natural planets before coming to planet earth, why did we not learn everything that we needed to learn on the natural planets and then make our ascension from there? Why were there still aspects of free will we did not fully understand that resulted in us deciding to take embodiment on planet earth?
Answer from the Ascended Master Mother Mary through Kim Michaels. This answer was given during the 2021 Webinar for Russia – Overcoming the consciousness of Superiority and the Sense of Being Unwhole, Traumatized and Focused Outside Oneself.
This is somewhat of an individual matter. There are various reasons for this. But the reality is that there are certain things about free will that it can be difficult to learn on a natural planet. Because you are not experiencing the kind of misuse of free will that you see on earth.
There are some lifestreams on a natural planet that begin to sense this, that begin to sense that there must be more to understand about free will than what they see outpictured on a natural planet. And then they can begin to perhaps get some feel for this. And some get a sense that there must be other planets. And some can even learn from their spiritual teachers on natural planets that there are unnatural planets. And they can then form a desire to go to an unnatural planet in order to learn the fullness of free will, in order to experience directly what it is like on planets where free will is abused in ways that limit yourself.
It is largely a matter of certain lifestreams simply making that individual choice that they want to understand and experience the fullness of free will, not only necessarily for their own sake, but also in order to help others, or in order to ascend with that awareness, with that experience in their causal bodies.
